Today

This is Michael's day in pictures! Well, he slept the first half of the day and I didn't take any pictures then because I napped and relaxed :-). Michael and Mommy needed to catch up on the lack of sleep from last night.

Yesterday, Michael's 6 week birthday, he wanted all the attention he could get from mommy and daddy. He just loved cuddling and didn't want to be put down at all! We didn't mind....we were both just wiped especially after a restless night last night. But, the way he looks into our eyes and shows how much he loves us (see pictures) is definitely worth every minute of exhaustion :-).

Our baby is 5 WEEKS OLD!!!

Michael is very curious and loves looking around! He especially loves looking for mommy and daddy when he hears our voices. He also enjoys looking at light...especially sunlight!

His hair is still pretty full and can be "styled". After giving him a bath this morning I spiked it with my hands and when I attempted to brush it his hair would not go down! I think it's adorable!!!

This is Michael responding to Mommy's voice! I was hoping to capture one of his little smiles he has been sharing with us more and more the past few days. But, we haven't been able to capture it yet with the camera! Believe me, though, I have completely captured it in my heart. Corny, I know....but I don't care!!!

I wanted to do tummy time with Michael on Monday evening and play with him for a while. But, he had other plans. He seemed awake at first but quickly fell asleep!
